Our semi-bespoke order process is designed to be as simple as possible. First, choose your design and the elements of the suite - for example invitation cards, details cards and RSVPs. Let us know your wording for your invites, choose ink colours and add any extras such as upgraded paper and envelopes, vellum wraps, ribbons, tassels or wax seals.
Due to the unique nature of letterpress printing, we cannot provide physical proofs of our designs. Once you have ordered we will send you a full colour digital proof for your approval before making up printing plates and getting your invitations on the press.
Upon placing your order we take a 50% deposit and start to design your semi-bespoke suite. We will deliver digital proofs for your sign-off and once approved will invoice you for the balance for payment before beginning production.
Absolutely! We understand the importance of seeing and feeling the quality of our invitations before making a decision. We offer sample packs containing a selection of our designs and paper stocks for you to review at your convenience.
Yes, each of our semi-bespoke wedding invitations is customisable to reflect your unique style and personality. From choosing the paper stock and ink colours to selecting embellishments, we'll work closely with you to create invitations that perfectly complement your wedding theme.

Our typical turnaround time for semi-bespoke wedding invitations varies depending on the complexity of the design and production requirements. However, we strive to complete orders in a timely manner and will provide you with a clear timeline during the consultation process. From approval of digital proofs, we typically work to a 2 week delivery schedule.
Yes, we offer assembly and addressing services to streamline the invitation process and save you time. Whether you need envelopes addressed or invitations assembled with inserts and embellishments, we're happy to assist.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of production, cancellation fees may apply. We'll work with you to find a solution that meets your needs while minimizing any inconvenience.

As well as our semi-bespoke suites we also offer save the dates, on the day stationery such as menus, seating plans and orders of service, and post-wedding stationery such as thank you cards.
